Went here around noon today. Got my son 2 corn dogs. There was something wrong with the food and the staff here was gladly to replace the order without any problems what so ever. The employees here are so nice, kind, and understanding. They didn't give me any fuss or any rolling eyes at all. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. Will be coming back for my son for sure.

I am a frequent customer of this Sonic I go 6 to 7 times a month . I Love the slushy and the jalapeño poppers. The customer service is ok , but it’s extremely Good when Shaniya is working. Every time I go and she’s there she’s always so courteous . Never has attitude and you can tell she Loves her job, if not I wouldn’t have known! I asked her the other day was she a manager and she told me no I said you need to be 1 and she laughed and thanked me for the compliment....
