I have been trying to call this location for two hours. I am unable to get ahold of them, and Starbucks customer service also cannot get through. Are the phones down?
I've been going to this Starbucks for YEARS -often several times weekly... never had any issues previously worth complaining about. I almost always ask for a Venti cup of ice water with my coffee... when I went to take my last sip of water today unfortunately I Felt something chunky and gooey and so I spit it out on the cup lid- it appeared to be some type of slugs or snail.
