This McDonald's is always fully staffed and the employees are all fast, friendly and courteous. With neat drive thru features ,convenient directional parking for quick trips inside. They also have a clean spacious play area for the kids. Was a long way from home with two hungry kids and so we settled on a nicer looking McDonald's with a playplace. We were missing a burger from our order and the shift lead(manager) rectified the issue. Really peculiar though as he asked for me to walk me back to our table to prove that we were missing said burger? I understand the need to verify but it was a first for me. Seems McDonald's has gotten a little tight on regular and quarter pounder burgers with the mustard and ketchup. Otherwise, the food was decent. There is room before improvement with customer service. Especially at the drive-through. And the french fries ?. The world famous fries used to be so much better.
