They have the absolute best Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta. But do not let that statement make you think that's the only best thing they have. So lets go. Jerk is spicy and bold flavourful, not sweet which I personally hate sweet jerk. On to the oxtails.. so tender and flavorful. The price matches the quantity in my opinion with the price increase in beef. I had 4 or 5 pieces for $25. Red Snapper with escovitch was a true authentically done a little crisp and spicy 👌...
I was in town for the Funk Fest, looking for a Jamaican restaurant and found this spot along my travels. I ordered the Red Snapper and Jerk Shrimp platters and they were so good. I will definitely go back to this spot the next time I am in Virginia.
It was everything I wanted the Jerk Chicken to be and more. The Jerk sauce was flavor packed the best Jerk sauce I have tried in my area of Norfolk. It was a 5 Stars out of 5 starts for me.
