I love this company. I had an issue where my app messed up my reorder, I order the same salad for pickup every so often, and I did what I normally do and hit “reorder last order” in the app, this time when I did it though the app removed all my salad toppings, it had ruined my mood at the time so I emailed Customer Care to give them a rundown on how the app messed up my order. Not only did I get a credit for a new salad to my account, but they also explain exactly what happened...
The breads are great... But there are other ways to make the offerings healthier for the $$ paid...for example: my salad could have had pickled onions instead of just raw, and quinoa or some other whole grain with it.
Indoor atmosphere was kind of cold or maybe sterile. Even with a lot of people inside, it didn't feel alive. Cookie-cutter, corporate. Not in line with the country market community I think they were trying to hit.
