I just had a fabulous omelet from IHOP. I tried the white egg omelet with mushrooms, tomato, spinach, and pesto. It came with a fresh fruit cup. I have to say it was one of the best omelets I have ever eaten. The ingredients were really fresh and the tomatoes were so sweet. The fruit cup was freshly cut fruit consisting of grapes, pineapple, and honey dew melon. The waitress said she actually cut the pineapple herself. We stopped here on our way to the beach. The restaurant property is fairly worn out but maintained. They observe COVID practices and hand sanitizer is generously placed throughout. The service was unusually slow because they were obviously understaffed but our server was warm and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions generous.
