About Pirate's Cove Restaurant

Pirate's Cove Restaurant has been a local favorite for many years, known for its delicious and generously portioned meals. Tucked away in an unassuming corner, this restaurant might look like a simple hole-in-the-wall from the outside, but it is a hidden gem for seafood lovers. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including fried items such as onion rings, scallops, and fish, with standouts like their peel and eat shrimp, hushpuppies, and buttery, melt-in-your-mouth crab legs. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, featuring a cozy, laid-back decor of nautical trinkets and weathered wood, transporting guests to a quaint seaside town. The staff are warm and welcoming, making diners feel like part of a family gathering. While some reviewers note inconsistencies in the fried dishes, the hushpuppies and scallops receive high praise. Booth seating is available, and the restaurant is located in a mini-mall with a large parking lot, offering plenty of handicap parking, although it may require a short walk. If someone is seeking an unforgettable seafood experience in an unexpected spot, this restaurant is a true find.

Broiled seafood platter was a D. Fish over cooked and scallops under cooked. But the Fry guy nailed the jumbo shrimp. Perfect. Always like the galley salad with own specail pepper parm dressing.

Funny thing is management does not understand the difference between a discount and sur charge.

Dinner for girls night out. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. Great atmosphere as well.

The onion rings were cook in old oil making them dark brown. The price for 2 crab cakes are very high. The quantity for sides are smaller. Something has changed in what was my favorite seafood locations.
