I stopped in around noon today and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the customer service,cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. I had a great experience and even called a manager to let them know how great the staff was.

Convenient location. Must be booming because they did not need my business.
For a gift I attempted to buy a gift card for a smoothie. Couldnt use my debit card, cash only. Luckily I had Cash. Nope sorry, can't take a $50, they don't accept bills over $20.
Needless to say I left without the gift card or my order.

Absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Every time I stop by the Mount Pleasant Road location, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and fast service. The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and perfectly blended—my personal favorite is the Bahama Mama, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any choice.
