For the amount of food you can get the price is good. The staff were top notch and extremely professional. The seats almost feel like you are sliding forward, are not very comfortable, and the corners are held together by duct tape. Give the way you cook your food a proper napkin would have been appropriate to prevent splash. The selection and quality of the meat was excellent. I'd definitely come back here. If not for the seat and napkin I would give 5 stars.

I’m allergic to the tunnel so I can’t compare to anything on that side of the water, but Urban is excellent and consistent.

We ordered our food and drinks on a tablet. We were able to request service from the tablet when needed. Our drinks and some of our food was delivered to us by their robot server.
Great food and awesome service… we will definitely return to try other dishes.
