This place… let me just start by saying the cook had her belly hanging out of her shirt and rested it on the cutting board/ assembly table. enough said right there but it gets worse. the cook also had no gloves on while preparing (TOUCHING) our food while also touching her face, phone, rubbing her belly, and pulling her pants up of which yes her crack was all out there for everyone to see. ALSO the cook was slamming things around constantly and eating while preparing orders.now moving onto the food… the bacon… BURNT. NASTY. ALL AROUND GROSS. (i mean the grill was not cleaned type of burnt).the waffles were not cooking all the way and torn up when we got them.now, when we went to go pay i asked if the bacon could be taken off and the waitress said no… okay whatever ill pay for it. (we didn’t eat it after one bite) when she handed us the receipt she ended up wiping chocolate on my husbands hand in the process of giving us the receipt… please have clean hands when dealing with customers. she was sitting on her phone prior to ringing us up so idk where the chocolate came from that was on her hand… if it was even chocolate… yikesall around terrible terrible TERRIBLE time.

Russell immediately made us feel welcome at around 4am, greeting us at the door, cooking our breakfast and waiting on us. He made sure we had all that we needed. Meanwhile he provided conversation and comfort to a lonely widowed man "RPM" who was drinking coffee and feeding the jukebox, (a regular I assume). The food was good but it almost didn't matter because of the warm friendly atmosphere. He probably could have served anything and it would have all seemed great because you could feel the warmth and friendliness all around you.Kid-friendliness: booths and stools, no alcohol served.

Came in after 2am, and clearly at the end of an unexpected rush. Numerous tables had not been cleared from the previous guests, but as there were only two gentlemen working, and they had several full tables, it took some time for our group to get seated.Once seated, again, due to the overwhelming amount of folks being serviced, it took quite awhile to have our order taken, which included our drinks. While it did take a ridiculous amount of time to receive our food, once we did, it was absolutely delicious.Despite service taking well over an hour due to different factors, the staff were wonderful despite being a bit stressed, and the food was excellent. In my experience, this was simply a perfect storm hitting right before our arrival, but I would not hesitate dining in this establishment again.

Went for Breakfast this morning, our waitress Kim was incredible and so sweet. She was quick! We had amazing food and when it was first delivered, the waffle was a little dark, she immediately remade it and understood. The cook even took time to stop by our table and make sure everything tasted ok. Now that’s good service! Restaurant was very clean and the environment was great! Thank you ladies!

Horrible...floor is dirty...trash on the floor and food....tables aren't wiped down...they couldn't make waffles because they said the waffle maker was dirty and not capable

I Should've know when we pulled up and there was only one table inside, it was too good to be true. Usually its a madhouse. The employees were just sitting at the opposite end of the restaurant both looking miserable. Did not communicate with each other almost at all. You could feel the tension when you walked in.We walked in and sat waited for about 2 mins before someone ever walked over to us. We weren't even greeted at that pointed, we were just stared at until WE told her we were ready to just order everything. We had dirty silverware placed in front of us. Not even on the napkin but on a dirty counter, food on the menus in front of us no napkins in the holders to even wipe it off with.2 of our orders were messed up..bacon was put on a sandwich which we asked for on the side, and no waffle came with the all star breakfast.When We asked for clean silverware and it was an inconvenience to her, She took our dirty silverware and threw it to the sink with an attitude. Again not apologizing or acknowledging us.While my family ate their meals, I waited for my waffle to come. I finally asked and was told she ordered me a 2 egg breakfast instead of the allstar I asked for.Had she had any sort of customer service skills she would have repeated or confirmed any of our order for us and that probably wouldn't have even been a confusion however instead of automatically correcting it when I told her that's what I asked for she decided to argue with me about how she put down the 2 egg which I could.pay extra for a waffle if I wanted it.She was sloppy and laying all over the place while we were eating. And a poor excuse for an employee.She has no people skills, no courtesy to others, when paying didn't ask or offer a copy of a receipt, I had to demand one.I have never been so inclined to not tip someone- as I have worked in the service industry most of my life and know this is how they make their living, however, my money will NEVER be spent on someone who is so blatantly disrespectful.I will not be back to this location as this is the 3rd incident I have had and I believe issues like this stem from the top and not having accountability.I am HIGHLY disappointed.

Food was more on the burnt side. Ruined the flavor texture as grill was cooking on way too high of temp.. Bacon was black and has brown were burnt outer chewey center. Won't be back. Staff friendly but waste of
