Ashlei was beyond fantastic with her service and attention to us even with a packed house. And Scott's cooking was amazing and tasty! These are the workers who keep us coming back.
Usually our waffle house experience is good. But lately the quality of staff is lacking, the one poor man working along side 2 others who were not helping at all. This caused us to have very poor service due to our waiter being over worked. Not his fault, but our orders were incorrect took a long time to get our food and drinks. The music was super loud. Probably will not go back for a while.
First time to this location in Chesapeake. Our server Owl 😀 was great. The entire staff were so friendly..
