When your waffle maker is down or is not cooking properly, you should notify your patrons and not charge them for something that is half cooked or raw when it’s not supposed to be. I also asked for my eggs to be over easy and when they showed up to my table, I had to get four napkins to lay across them to soak up all the butter that was on them. That’s crazy.
I ordered an All Star with a chocolate chip waffle to-go. I was told it was ready and I walked to the counter to grab my bag just as the cook said,” wait he had bacon”. So they added bacon alright. Added it on top of my chocolate chip waffle!. I didn’t notice because at the time I was looking at my phone. The only flavor the bacon had ended up being the chocolate anyway.
Ordered all star breakfast,never got my waffle.ordered a side of sausage gravy,never got. Toast was so cold when it was buttered,it did not melt, hash browns were cold when finally got order. Eggs were good and bacon cooked correctly was the only thing good about it. Should have gone to huddle house in Suffolk.
