I usually use the drive-thru but it was so backed up I ran in to get my food. I always order chili with cheese, they have never given me the cheese when I went through the drive-thru but they did when I went in to order. The place looked generally decent, pretty greasy or in need of cleaning but not extreme. I did see a booth with ripped seat that obviously has been ripped for quite a while, the back of the seats looked pretty dirty as well. It's an okay place in regards to fast food but they could definitely up their game by increasing their efficiency and cleaning up a lot more, paying attention to things that need fixed and deep cleaning.

The simplest of tasks seem to be too much for Wendy’s. It’s gotten to the point where McDonald’s has better service than a Wendy’s. That so so sad. I am not paying 10$ for you to screw my burger up give me cold fry’s and warm soda with no ice. You have to be joke if and there are no hair nets and the women are rude and have horrible attitudes.

He looked at me and turned and walked to the back. At this point other customers were driving off as well. Never taking any orders.
