Have been there twice with my mom. We both like our burgers extremely well done. First time I went well talked to a tall skinny guy and he made sure they were done the way we liked them. He was very nice and even brought them to our table...great customer service. Second time we went we spoke to a girl and told her how we wanted them cooked. They were done very fast so I knew they weren't cooked the way we wanted because it takes longer to cook them. Well they weren't...

I decided to choose Wendy's over Chick-Fil-A this morning 2Aug2025 0840. Bad move on our part. Upon arriving to the Wendy's the door was locked. Only had access to the drive thru.
