I decided to choose Wendy's over Chick-Fil-A this morning 2Aug2025 0840. Bad move on our part. Upon arriving to the Wendy's the door was locked. Only had access to the drive thru. I had my little angel so she didn't know exactly what she wanted. I told the guy that was working in the drive thru that we were looking at the menu. He stated his is on a time schedule. I didn’t get anything to eat here (I am out here for a job) but the manager was so amazing. We stopped here for a bathroom break and ice. They don’t sell bags of ice, BUT that manager didn’t let me walk out the door without giving me three bags to fill out the work cooler. He even came out to the work van and helped me drain and fill up the cooler. Amazing customer service and the restaurant inside was spotless.
