Absolutely terrible service. We ordered 3 orders of 10 piece bone-in wings with add-ons like corn and the such, and they charge me as such, when we picked it up and opened it up back at my room, they only gave me 2 out of my 3 orders. That was $20~ stolen from me. Was told I got my whole order.
Edit... checked just now and I didn't even get all 20 Cajun corn i ordered... just 19. To add insult to injury.

Ordered wings at 836pm Saturday evening online. Email received stated wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Arrived at store at 9pm to find about 20 people waiting on their orders. Numerous people were coming back into the store to report that they had received the wrong wings or were missing sides and sauces. It was a mess. No Wingstop management in sight. I walked out of the store with my order at 939pm, which was one hour and 3 minutes after placing it. Won't be returning. I

I was visiting VA on 7/24. I will not be going back to this particalar wingstop location in cheesapeake VA. The food was made horrible. The food i received from this particular location was nasty. The fries and corn was burnt. The chicken was old and nasty. I placed an online order and waited 30min to pick it up. Immediately I called on that date. I walked to an in-store manger, he was rude and disrespectful and told me to call corporate bc he said he wasn't gonna do anything about it. The next day. I decided to call again and another manager picked up and she apologized and gave me the options of getting the money put back on my card or making food over again. I choose, the money back on my card. She said it wil tke 2wks. I never received my card and I been calling corporate ever since that date. After 4 ticket cases. I finally got a call and almost a yr later I got a call back from this guy named Daniel, I try to explain the situation, but he was rude and disrespectful to me. He told me the next time I came, he could do something then but couldn't give me back my money. I told him that I was just visiting and I can't come back to VA bc I live in sc. And that I wanted my money back on my card, like I was told before by his in-store manager. He claimed he doesn't have in-store managers. I told him im have to sue him or go through my credit card company to get my money back. He told me to do what I have to do. I recorded the conversation and will continue to take action to get my money back.

Whoever the child was that answered the phone should be fired immediately. Said sorry we don’t take over the phone orders? I called to let him know the online ordering wasn’t working so they refused our business due to laziness. Unprofessional little boy. 👦
Ordered online 1st time trying this place . My order was all there ,however both type of wings tasted like pure butter, no flavor ,dry and definitely not up to par with hype. I will never spend my money at wing stop again .1st and last time I see im not the only one feeling this way based on the reviews.

Food was actually inedible
There was so much seasoning and salt on the lemon pepper chicken that it burned my mouth, the only thing I could eat out of the 20 wings was the fries and they where so soggy. Just avoid.

Usually I don't post negative reviews but I have been calling corporate for 2 days and have not gotten a response. I went to this location on Sunday after doing an online order for about $60. When I got to the location they told me my order was not received though they took money out of my account, eventually they said they could see my order but did not offer to remake it and told me I would get an email in 24 hours about a refund which never happened. When I called the next day the manager Tyler said it's out of his hand and that I had to call corporate who doesn't answer their phone or return phone messages. What is upsetting is that they could see I did the order but never asked to remake the order and I still haven't gotten anything about my refund.

Messed up our order and wouldn’t do anything about it. Forgot our fries with the order. Also didn’t even start the order until we got there so waited for an hour for the order. It was a very big order I understand but should have been ready and right.

Usually, I do not have nothing to complain about when it comes to this Wingstop. But when I say literally my wings barely had any sauce or have any flavor it doesn’t feel fulfilling or satisfying especially for the amount that you’re paying for.

So…. I have been rocking with this WINGSTOP in Chesapeake Va, for over 4yrs. and have never had a complaint. But I couldn’t come in so I ordered my food, which I had also done before… my food arrived OPENED and the “greasy” person that delivered my food, insisted that it was already opened. The bag had an additional fold over, so I believe he was just hoping I didn’t notice. I am now out of $24. Dollars and NO FOOD! I called the store and spoke with “Tyrone.” When I asked him for his last name, he stated “that’s all you need to know!” This service has cemented my relationship with this Brand.
