My first time at Wingstop and I will never go back again. I asked for a 6 piece boneless wings and they gave me 3 boneless wings. My fries were cold by the time I got my food and I waited 30 minutes for my food. The people were very rude and rushed us when taking our order. I will never go here again

I went to get food around 12 am at night only to come into a restaurant who had two wet floor signs laying on the ground trash on the floor and counters where greasy.Me and someone I was there with stood in line for almost 10 minutes without acknowledgment of standing at the counter to order. While in line the staff where joking and talking in the back of hole the manager asked would yall miss me if I left . When we were finally acknowledged the cashier asked where we ordering? I told her yes and she took our order.when we sat down an waited for our order we hit drinks the machine was out of ice and the cook came from the back to get ice then asked me and my friend about what we where getting. After receiving food that took like 6 minutes the fries where old the chicken tasted horrible like it had been made with no love at all it was just a horrible experience this is why I cook at home and avoid those who think working is just treating food any kind of way.

First I’d like to state that the food is decently good and it’s the reason I eat here on occasion. If an order is wrong the manager is pretty good at working with you to fix it. BUT Each time we have been here there has been something wrong with the order whether it be the wrong count of wings, flavors or boneless/bone in. Something has always been wrong.

Waited over an hour for my food. I'd understand if it was because of the dinner rush but no. We stood away from the counter initially walking in since the lobby was full of people and we were NOT greeted or confirmed whether or not we were picking up an order. Despite ordering online, they waited until multiple other people that walked in after us were confirmed to confirm our order. Queue me waiting over half an hour longer even though everyone that picked up before me came in after me. This could've been solved with a simple greeting.

This place is horrible. I lose money everything I step into this place. Tonight they told me my order was being bagged and yes part of the order was. I thought they were going to give me the order but then the employee said "we are waiting on fries". After 5 minutes of the food just sitting there and now I'm frustrated they are just laughing thinking it's funny. The food sat for 10 minutes until the fries finally came out. As I'm leaving and frustrated they are just laughing to each other like it's funny. Very disrespectful employees and incompetent.

Visited on the night of 1/12/25. What a complete dump. Service was awful, stood right at the counter for 15 minutes nobody even said hello, much less take an order. Food all over the floor...disgusting. I asked an employee about placing an order, she just looked at me and said I just clocked in and laughed. Pathetic and gross.

Doesn't get much worse than this place. Some of the slowest service in all of 757. Just horrible.
It's hit or miss. One thing.... My order has never been less than 10 minutes late. They advertise 15-21 minutes but that's a pipe dream. Sometimes wings and fries are fantastic. Sometimes they are rubbery and undercooked. Cajun fries are never Cajun, just normal seasoning. Just not worth the risk for what they are charging.

Dj and the whole crew tonight were amazing! Very nice! Made sure to keep us updated on the wait time! He and his crew were absolute rockstars! They were busy with online/call in orders and they kept a smile on their face! I’ll definitely be back just because they were so amazing!
