Rude people working there. Naomi, the manager if she's even the manager, is super rude and unprofessional with customers. I've ordered from this place a few times, but after the manager had an attitude because I questioned the sauce on my wings, I will no longer buy anything from this place. Do not recommend. Take your money somewhere else

I ordered a 50 piece wing…mild, lemon pepper, garlic parm, and plain assortment. The mild ones were ok, but all the other wings were fried too hard and they were DRY!!! That encompassed 40 of the 50 wings I ordered. I called the store and spoke to “Justin”. I explained exactly what’s written in this review and he said I can come back today, bring back the wings, and they can remake them…I was not going back on that side of town today and then he asked someone else if that was the only option and that person said yes…don’t worry…never will I go back to this Wingstop…I’ll take my 70+ dollars elsewhere next time!

Today we ordered wingstop before work. It was an awful experience and will never spend any more money at this restaurant again. The service, quality, and cleanliness have all gotten so bad. We used to love ordering from wingstop. Today, we ordered a 30 piece meal, but was missing 20 wings (10 of two different flavors). They did not give us the veggies, ranch or blue cheese in that meal either. I also ordered a Chicken tender meal with the side being the corn. We never received the corn. We were eating at the restaurant, so once we sat down and noticed much of our order is missing we went to the counter and show them. The lady working the register was very kind and wanted to help. Once the other people came to see what was wrong, they looked at our order, they looked at the food we got and just gave us attitude. He went to go look in the back, brought veggies back with him and mumbled under his breath that we couldn't hear what he was saying. We waited longer thinking they were fixing the issue, but they weren't. The nice lady at the register tried to help us again as we were waiting, but no one was helping her with our order in the back. We finally were tried and angry so we asked to return the food and get a refund. They gave us a lot of attitude with this, they took my phone number and oder number and said it will take 7 to 10 days to get a refund. I used to love to get wingstop, but lately it isn't worth the money. The restaurants are dirty, you have to wait for a long time, the service sucks and it isn't cheap. I'll never spend another penny at their restaurant again. It isn't worth it anymore, there are plentyof better options.

My husband walked in and the first words out of the employee's mouth is that he had to place the order on line we're short. My husband ordered Lousiana mild combo, with veggie sticks and a drink. He was told at the last minute there were no veggie sticks. My husband asked what was going to get in place of the veggie sticks, plus he had to ask about the cup for a drink. Then he gets home we find it was the wrong order. Terrible service. The bag was greasy on side where the juice of the wings spilled. Try to callback twice, no one would answer.

today was my second time coming to this location. i placed an online order @ 642pm for 10 piece wing combo. my estimated pickup order time was 15-20 mins after. i arrived at 7, thinking my order would be ready. unfortunately it was not. i walked in, there were people already waiting, i stood there for almost 10 mins. NOBODY greeted me, asked me what my name was for my order, nothing. honestly, i doubt they even looked when i walked through the door. about 10 mins go by, i was told by the male up front that they were waiting for classics to finish and it would be about 7 more mins. i go back to my car for another 10 mins. i go back into the restaurant the male up front ask for my name and he hands me a bag that has been sitting there since i first arrived (at 7), and yes i did look at the bags and placement when i walked in. at this point it is 730 and im just now getting my food that’s BEEN on the shelf. when he handed me the bag, the food wasn’t even hot enough to be “just coming out”. sorry for the long review but this location needs to work on their service and communication. and yes i could’ve asked for fresh food like i thought i was going to get but i was already there for just about an hour.

If you are white or Hispanic they will completely ignore you. The night shift are miserable people!! I was ignored the whole time and then a dark skin male walked in and was greeted. A dark skin female came out ignored me again and took his order. If it was the other way around they would have pulled the racist card.
Also They never have soda and restaurant always disgusting. You don't like the job then quit and be miserable somewhere else

For the last three orders, it has been wrong and honestly at this point - why bother? First, you give me someone else's order, then not include things I paid for. I recently doordashed a order, and usually restaurants take off items so I don't get charged - but three times in a row? Just lazy.

If I could rate it 0 I would. I ordered a 6 pc tender meal through grubhub & everything was tasting great until I took a bite of one of my tenders and mid chew I feel something in my mouth, just to pull out a strand of hair from my mouth and it was definitely not mine! I then look at the rest of the tender and see another piece of hair baked into the tender. It’s disgusting! If a female employee is in kitchen make sure their hair is up because wingstop is not cheap and this is so unsanitary and disgusting!

My wife and I had an order issue a few weeks ago. Long story short we never got our refund but the manager Tyrone was hands down freaking AMAZING! That man right there is what customer service is all about. Even though someone else messed our order up really bad he was the one who went over and beyond to make it right! Tyrone you the man!

Took our orders wrong. Gave up on waiting for my order to be fixed, waited 30+ minutes for two sides of fries before leaving with no refund. The cashier was absolutely lost. People were steady coming back with incorrect orders. No ice. Bathrooms were filthy. No soap, paper towels. No trash cans? First time going to wingstop, won't be back! Thanks
