Picked up a decent size order only to get it home and have items missing. Called back to get a refund on the missing items and was initially told to bring my food back to get it resolved. Thankfully someone else took the phone and handled it. Items were ordered extra crispy but didn’t withstand the steam and ended up soggy instead. Overall the food and the service wasn’t worth the hype. Don’t think we’ll be trying it a second time.

Disgusting greasy food the fries I ordered were voodoo fries they had nothing on them barely any cheese or anything I got cheese fries and the normal seasoning ones they were cold and gross and the chicken was greasy and cold and gross, here’s a picture of it. I placed my togo order for 15 wings online at 208pm. When I arrived, the cashier told me there was one order in front of me. After watching several orders get picked up, I was told my order should be up soon.After 45 min, I got back in line to check in my order, and found out it had been sitting on the shelf. My name was never called out. If you have an hour to wait for cold food, then this is your place. Otherwise, go to Wing King or Lindys!

This location is giving military discount to people who aren’t military. My husband stopped in to get dinner before heading home and as an active duty military member seeing the staff offer the woman a military discount he was upset. The man told her the total was $16 even and she said I thought it was $14 and he said are you military? And she said no. And he said arrree you military?? And she said oh oh yes I am and he said you’re picking up what I’m putting down. My husband walked out. That discount is not much, but it should only be for active/retired service members and their families. It should not be given out to those who haven’t had to serve in any capacity.

I visited Chesapeake, Va this weekend & placed an order of 20 piece wings (half lemon pepper & half original hot). This was the Wing Stop located on Volvo Pkwy. The lemon pepper wings were soaked in butter! There was literally a tray of melted butter underneath the wings! All of the wings were old and dry. They were nowhere near fresh. They were reheated but wasn’t even hot. The hot wings were not ‘hot wings’. I was very disappointed. This was a complete waste of time & money as these wings were discarded! I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Waited 40 minutes at least for my food (10 piece and 2 tender combos). I received no drinks and only 1 of the 2 fries. No help when I called the store. Don't order from this restaurant!

My chicken sandwich was okay but the fries I ordered with it was cold. I'll cut them some slack because maybe it was an off night because I did come near closing. Would try again at an earlier time.
We ordered food hours in advance for 4:30. Showed up at 4:45 and was told it would be another 30 minutes. We were immediately given attitude when we asked how that works since it should have been ready. The woman handling it lacks common customer service skills and if I was the owner I would be mortified to hear my employees talk to people like she does. First and last time.

This place is terrible. I door dashed my food. They sent me hot sweet tea with no ice. The wings were dry. I ask for ranch and for blue cheese. The fries was over cooked. It’s like the the cook didn’t have a care in the world. I wish they would close this place down asap. And I’m going to start a campaign on Facebook to stop people for going here

Beware ordering off doordash!!! They do not bag everything you order or napkins or utensils. Also the wings were damn near burnt and I never asked for crispy. Do better!!
