I've had many excellent meals from this Wingstop. Normally everything would be perfect. Today however, my coworker and I stopped in for lunch. We each ordered a 10 PC boneless combo. What we got was correct, but the chicken was cold. Now, I understand there's no microwaves or heat lamps. That's a good thing! But I will absolutely wait for fresh wings if it means they'll come to me warm. I'm sure today was an off day and there's an explanation...

My wife and I had an order issue a few weeks ago. Long story short we never got our refund but the manager Tyrone was hands down freaking AMAZING! That man right there is what customer service is all about. Even though someone else messed our order up really bad he was the one who went over and beyond to make it right! Tyrone you the man!

It's hit or miss. One thing.... My order has never been less than 10 minutes late. They advertise 15-21 minutes but that's a pipe dream. Sometimes wings and fries are fantastic. Sometimes they are rubbery and undercooked. Cajun fries are never Cajun, just normal seasoning. Just not worth the risk for what they are charging.
