Well, tonight was better than normal fun music and very good food because they had a prime rib special, and it was absolutely wonderful. Perfectly cooked and such a delightful entree. The bartender Tara said the owner Greg prepares it during the day. If you haven’t been to Winston’s, you will be very impressed by the food, music and atmosphere. For what many people consider a local bar, don’t be afraid to try this jewel of a locally owned establishment.
I was visiting with family from out of town and after a day of travel, we decided to just order take out from here vs dining in. What a great choice! When I called to place our order the person on the other end was so friendly and attentive. Upon arrival, our order was ready at the time they said it would be, the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming, and the order was accurate and piping hot. Live music was going on, which was nice, and everyone at the bar and seated...
Visiting family, grandkids favorite, boys love the burgers and the fish and chips were excellent, but really enjoyed homemade slaw and potato salad most places don't make their own, but they do.
