Good service, quick, and yummy.
Charged me $33 for 2 combos ( 5 piece tender & 4 piece) . told them substitute both sides of coleslaw for an extra fry. got the whole 4 piece combo. didn’t receive the second side of fries or toast for my 5 piece combo. made me pay extra for a side of toast & fries . definitely over charged me

Food is fantastic! Typical fast food set up inside, and the bathroom was good. Of the three employees that I interfaced with two smiled back (a cook and the person who hands you the food) but the order taker was not friendly. Not rude, just didn't smile or give that welcoming vibe.

Normally I love eating at Zaxbys but today my experience was a lot different. Young lady Nyla who works on the front counter is very rude and her attitude is thru the roof. I see fast food places settling for employees like this everyday. Its like becoming the NORM to have rude people serve you. Her energy and attitude lets you know Zaxbys is not what she wants to do and she definitley doesnt want to serve you! I think its horrible for ppl to carry on like this when serving food. I probably wont return because most employers dont even care to correct behaviors like this and I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars for horrible service like this.

Zaxbys has great food, but the portions of the food have shrunk tremendously. I remember coming here maybe a year or two ago, they used to serve full size trays now they serve their food in small boxes. I usually get the boneless wings meal and this is what I received, for $11!!! This is ridiculous, it seriously looks like a kids meal. I should’ve went back and asked for a refund. The manager showed no concern at all, she apologized and asked if I wanted to come back for a small fry. Are you kidding? What am I gonna do with a small fry??!!!!
