“Edited to add- I contacted Tropical Smoothie through Facebook. They responded quickly and said they talked to the store. They also refunded my money back for what I had ordered. With great customer service like that, I will definitely be going to back!! I will be trying the same location as well.So disappointed! I should have driven the extra few minutes to the other location. I ordered online and picked up. My wrap was skimpy and mushy. I asked for extra pickled onions and was given TWO-- meaning only 2 pickled onions. I ordered kids meals as cheese quesadillas and both had chicken on them. Also ordered 3 edible straws and no straws came with the order. I also ordered extra sauce for one meal and that was missing as well. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the smoothies are great and correct. But soooo utterly disappointed in everything else. $50 wasted!!!!!“
