“The customer service was great. I purchased an acai bowl, and although I usually buy them from another location, I wanted to give this spot a try. The amount of fruit on the bowl was way less compared to what I am accustomed to. Also, parking was challenging trying to find a parking spot.“

“Everyone was really friendly, helpful, and attentive upon entering and ordering. We each got the Lil Cease, and it was absolutely delicious! Not cheap, but not too expensive either for the quality of ingredients and good sized wrap. They also have a rewards system, so that's pretty cool! Great option for vegetarians, since the whole menu is meat-free and I believe, vegan, too!!“

“Immediately greeted with a smile and the type of hospitality a family or friend would give you. The food was delicious. We ordered the dynamite shrimp, lemongrass pork with noodle and beef bulgogi with rice. I also got the mango passionfruit juice with lychee jelly. Everything was amazing! 10/10 would recommend.“

“I frequent Beet Box whether it’s in person or delivery - seriously SO good! I’m neurodivergent and smoothie bowls are my safe food and Beet Box has the best in Richmond. I also really love their avocado toast!
I will say, they can accommodate allergies and substitutions in store but not through delivery apps! I’m allergic to almonds but will chance the almond milk for Beet Box smoothies 😂“

“Second time here and both experiences were great. The staff is super nice, educate you on their products without feeling like a sales pitch and the location is a nice hangout atmosphere as well if that’s your thing.
I got the MOCHA COLD BREW this morning and it was so good! It was so smooth, I could taste hints of every ingredient and it wasn’t heavy. I’ll have to get a lil Joe next time though because I wanted more coffee.

“🥭 When I first moved here, I didnt go here cause my brother said it wasn't his favourite... But I disagree completely !!!! The way they make their mango matcha Boba tea makes me go crazy! I love it a little too much... My wallet cries... I had to bar myself to go ONLY on or after payday... (Or near the date in the very least...)
🧋 They added a TV in the last year ! I usually just drop by to get my drink, but maybe they don't mind people hanging out in there for longer!
