we got greasy raw burgers
Being "short-staffed" is not an acceptable excuse for closing the lobby [three] hours early, especially when the website explicitly tells customers it is open until 11:00 p.m. Why would you advertise hours to customers and then not honor the schedule posted on your website?
The bottom line is that if management strived toward "retention," staffing would not be a problem; if you can't fix your staffing problem, at least respect the customer by updating your website hours...read full review
we were in the drive thru to get my daughter a happy meal. it was 10:59, the lady said lunch isnt until 11. i told her it was 1 minute from 11 but she didnt care and refused to take our order.
