this is the worst panera i’ve ever been to. we ordered for 2 people and every single thing was messed up but this one thing really encompasses the whole experience. i ordered the tomato soup, the cashier said they didn’t have it then half ways through the order went “oh you wanted the tomato soup well now you’re making it hard on me”. fast forward to getting the food, we check the bag to make sure we have everything- no tomato soup, just a bowl of cut up tomatoes ????...read full review
