Just going down memory lane this morning and I stumbled upon this page.
I went to school at TD in the 05/06 school year (class of 08). We moved to chester from Orlando, FL due to my fathers job change. I didn't know anyone or anything around me, and honestly didn't want to move at the time and I had a lot of trouble at my previous school, some of which stemmed from not feeling like i was important enough to bother trying, so i didn't try. But from the first day...
This school is fine. All the negative reviews are teens that feel they are entitled to have their every need met by every teacher. The same students that feel like the staff was unhelpful are probably the same students who crowd the hallways themselves, won't shut up when told to quiet down, and talk back to staff when they're asked to put their headphones away. The AC is fine as of writing, and both campuses are even said to be chilly by some, and this is easily handled...
Great teachers, location is convenient.... But, let's be honest, the entire school needs thinned out. The school has a humongous issue with overcrowding. New high school in desperate need in this district.
