They will not ask for tip. They demand or command for tip in this inflation without job. They ask for tips some people will have hard time that they don’t care. I have seen all dominos repeatedly asking for tip to write force fully. Better they look for good job. If they don’t receive tips. Dominos band will vanish with not good employees. Then tell to remove 5 dollars delivery fee and 4 dollars tax fee. Police show check delivery behavior

So my order took a while, but each time I went in the employees were absolutely running! My order was supposed to be ready by 6:11 and it wasn't ready until 6:40 but there were so many employees they were practically running into each other and each employees was working at a rapid pace. So yes, on a Friday at dinner time expect to wait longer because this is probably the busiest order time of the week. Ive been a nurse for 12 years and I've never seen every single employee giving it their all and then some. Plus they were kind and patient.

Waited an hour for 1 pizza only for it to not have tomato sauce or the jalepenos I ordered. I don’t think they even had a manger on duty because when I called and asked for one they stated “I’m in charge right now”. Go to a local place instead. It’s worth the extra money over this

I ordered a medium stuffed crust cheese pizza, and I am beyond disappointed. The pizza was completely overcooked and arrived cold. Absolutely ridiculous. This is hands down the worst Domino's experience I’ve ever had. If I wanted burnt and cold food, I could’ve made it myself. Do better.
The staff are friendly, service is fast, and their pizzas are great! Convenient to those of us in Moseley, too.

I ordered online at 7:30pm and received a note saying delivery was 40-50 minutes. Then at 8:35pm I received a notification that the order was just started (in the oven). I completely understand if the place is busy...just say so and set the proper expectations. I'm happy to drive and pick up the food I ordered, if that cuts the time in half. Called this location and still on hold after 10 minutes. First and last time ordering from this place.

We order dominoes every Friday night for family night. I am not sure what is going on. The last 2 weeks we have tried ordering from them and have had nothing but problems. The manager we spoke to didn't seem to want to help us. Had a huge attitude. 2 weeks ago we ordered 2 pizzas, tater tots, a salad, and bbq chicken with bread cheese sticks. We have a huge family. They didnt get us a pizza and forgot all the extra sauces and dressing for the salad. We called to let them know but we figured. Things happened and we would try them again the following week. We ordered delivery and it never came! I ordered food around 230pm. I called when it said it was on the way for tracking after it hit an hour. An hour of it saying the same thing. They said to give them another 30 min because the drivers weren't picking up and they had no idea where they were. I called back again 30 min later and the manager was super rude. He stated none of the drivers were answering and he could send out another one. By this time it is after 530pm. My daughter as gymnastics and another had taekwondo and ballet. We didn't have time for that again. He didnt want to remake it but I said I paid over 80 bucks for food from them that I never got and then he said he would remake it if we came and got it. So we agreed and got the food. But after these experiences and us not receiving the pizza and then them not willing to remake it or figure it out. We are not doing that again. We found a really good pizza place Submarine Sals! Its a little more but rather that than deal with all that stress again! They commented and took good care of us! I change my 1 star to a 3. See how it is again. We will update and report back. Thank you Dominoes!
