I ordered a medium stuffed crust cheese pizza, and I am beyond disappointed. The pizza was completely overcooked and arrived cold. Absolutely ridiculous. This is hands down the worst Domino's experience I’ve ever had. If I wanted burnt and cold food, I could’ve made it myself. Do better.

I ordered online at 7:30pm and received a note saying delivery was 40-50 minutes. Then at 8:35pm I received a notification that the order was just started (in the oven). I completely understand if the place is busy...just say so and set the proper expectations. I'm happy to drive and pick up the food I ordered, if that cuts the time in half. Called this location and still on hold after 10 minutes. First and last time ordering from this place.

We order dominoes every Friday night for family night. I am not sure what is going on. The last 2 weeks we have tried ordering from them and have had nothing but problems. The manager we spoke to didn't seem to want to help us. Had a huge attitude. 2 weeks ago we ordered 2 pizzas, tater tots, a salad, and bbq chicken with bread cheese sticks. We have a huge family. They didnt get us a pizza and forgot all the extra sauces and dressing for the salad. We called to let them know but we figured. Things happened and we would try them again the following week. We ordered delivery and it never came! I ordered food around 230pm. I called when it said it was on the way for tracking after it hit an hour. An hour of it saying the same thing. They said to give them another 30 min because the drivers weren't picking up and they had no idea where they were. I called back again 30 min later and the manager was super rude. He stated none of the drivers were answering and he could send out another one. By this time it is after 530pm. My daughter as gymnastics and another had taekwondo and ballet. We didn't have time for that again. He didnt want to remake it but I said I paid over 80 bucks for food from them that I never got and then he said he would remake it if we came and got it. So we agreed and got the food. But after these experiences and us not receiving the pizza and then them not willing to remake it or figure it out. We are not doing that again. We found a really good pizza place Submarine Sals! Its a little more but rather that than deal with all that stress again! They commented and took good care of us! I change my 1 star to a 3. See how it is again. We will update and report back. Thank you Dominoes!

I ordered delivery online. After I recieved my delivery I started eating my pizza and immediately spit it out. My pan pizza was just dough. That’s when I tried my other pizza to realize it was just undercooked and was just awful tasting 2 undercooked pizzas. I called the store to speak with the morning shift manager and he was absolutely rude calling me a liar. Stating he wasn’t going to re-deliver it when I paid for delivery which should have been completely cooked pizzas to begin with. So now I have to waste my gas and time for your mess up? No that’s not how it works. I have already contacted corporate and will be in contact with the general manager. I have never recieved such terrible service in my life anywhere else but here.

Horrible experience. Ordered online and it sent the order to this store. They said it was out of their area when I had to call 30 min after it was supposed to arrive (nearby but okay there may be closer stores). However they didn’t call to let me know. They had emailed instead about when I was supposed to actually receive my order. When I called to find out why it was cancelled, because the email didn’t say why, they said I should have called another store even though dominos own website sent it to this store. Devin was rude and unapologetic and said it was my fault for not calling the right store (I didn’t call). I would avoid this dominos at all cost.

Kinda wishing I was still near another dominos right now. This did not reach the bar for extra pepperoni, sauce, and cheese for us. I know the person who uses pizza cutter must be tired because these are some funny looking isosceles triangles.

Picked up our order and once home open the wings that were to say the most polite way disgusting and not edible ! Called the store to ask them to send us another order or refund us for that portion of the order. We were met with a very unprofessional management response. This is not the first time we have had issues here. We will be contacting corporate.
