We had our first Vampire Penguin experience today and it was wonderful!! I'm not sure of the employee's name who helped us, but he was incredibly friendly, patient, and nice! He was part of what made the experience so great. We really appreciated the excellent customer service for our big party! The desserts looked like art, they were so beautiful! And delicious too! I'm a fan and will definitely go back in the future!

We stopped by tonight for the first time, and it was amazing! The ice is so fine and smooth! We tried 4 different flavors, all of which were delicious. The Polar Affrogato was my favorite it's a coffee with chocolate. You can't go wrong. The flavors were super well balanced! The Strawberry Shortcake and PBC were both tied for second place.
