I made a mistake on my online order, causing everyone in the office to get a smaller sub than they wanted. That's my fault. I realized my error as soon as I made it and tried to call the store. The phone rang dozens of times and then disconnect. Next time I tried to call it said the number was not in service. I was unable to correct my mistake. Get your phone fixed, and try answering it when people call.

I'm not a regular customer. My family popped in for a quick meal. Ordering sandwiches shouldn't be an ordeal. Yes, they were busy but once we placed our order we thought we would pay and wait. We waited and paid, but when asked if I wanted to round up on a $32.00 plus change bill for Special Olympics, I was stunned to find out that meant to $40.00 and not $33.00. My advice, be careful or eat elsewhere.

The customer service was not good. I was almost afraid to ask for certain modifications on my sandwich. The facial expressions spoke a million negative words. I arrived home unwrapped my sandwich and there was a baby roach . I will never eat here again.

First time I've been to Jersey Mike's. Reason for my visit, they have gluten free buns! It's hard getting food catered towards gluten intolerant folks. When I mentioned it was a gluten free bun the young guy at the counter was really nice and asked about any other allergy concerns. Took a few minutes for my food to come out but it was worth it. I will definitely be back.

Great Tasting Subs. But the staff argues about how to make it. I've been here a few times and it's the same no matter who's working. Friendly but under trained. Come on y'all it's just a sandwich. No need to argue.
First time at this location and can’t say enough good things. Ordering online for a large group was made easy. The staff on site were accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our order had everything we wanted. Thank you for making a usually overwhelming task incredibly easy.
