This location used to run like a pretty well oiled machine, however, after my last couple of visits, not so much. Some of the faces I used to recognize are no longer there and have been replaced by new faces. Service has been very slow recently, and there wasn't even a full line of people waiting. Hopefully, they can get up to speed soon, as this is the nearest location to me.

I firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due, so I wanted to leave this review.

I stopped into Jersey Mike’s and ordered a Chipotle Cheesesteak with extra meat, extra cheese, and no peppers or onions. When I got home, I took a bite and immediately knew something wasn’t right. I opened the sandwich and realized I’d been given a chicken sandwich with peppers and onions instead.

I want to be absolutely clear...

Dylan and the team is awesome. This is my go to spot but tonight they went above and beyond. My car got damaged in the lot from ice while in their shop. They gave me contact info and got me in touch with the property. Then, Dylan sends me a text to check in on me. Team is awesome.
