This is the friendliest Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. Their commitment to good service was matched by their efficiency and kindness as well. It was also one of the best cold brews I’ve ever ordered. Best Starbucks in the Richmond area by far!
Every time I've visited this location, the service has been good, batistas are friendly, and for the most part, it's clean. I have had visits where the trash cans were full to the point that nothing else could be added, spilled drinks or food on the floor/counters, and less than clean restrooms. I made a mobile order, and it wasn't ready on time, I think they missed my mobile order. I had to tell them. They gave me the wrong order & then had to wait more time till all of it was done.
