I don't know how to feel about this place. The food always tastes good, but what we actually get differs so much. My wife and I just brought our newborn home, and have been using Uber eats this week. Ordered from here 3 times. First time, it was great. 2nd time, it was about half the meat that was in the first one, and then today... I ordered double chicken, and that thing had less chicken then you'd get on a regular order. It's a gamble. Always delicious, but will you get what you paid for? That's the gamble!

Placed a mobile order. Arrive 15 Mins later and it wasn’t even ready. Took another 20 minutes for two cold subs. When I asked what the deal is I got the we had a lot of walk ins and mobile orders and we aren’t staffed. They shoved the wrong chips in my bag and I questioned why I couldn’t get my own they said it’s not what I asked for. I stated online just states chips. The girl could’ve cared less about anything. Guess it’s Jimmy John’s from now on.

I came in tonight & no one greeted me. I made eye contact with one guy who seemed to be the manager on duty but he gave me a look of disgust. One of the employees kept laughing like he was high off something. I looked at the floors & they were absolutely disgusting with food debris all over them. Most of the guys had long shaggy hair without hair nets which is concerning. One guy was on his phone the whole time. I just decided to leave. I don't know what it is maybe it's a generation Z thing but good customer service no longer exists especially at this location.

Last order was last order. Subs are shrinking.. felt like I was eating a salad with so much lettuce. The meats are delicious. I could see thru my sole slice of provolone.Other sub shops can provide similar quality for a lot less money. $20 for a sub- I shouldn't be hungry after eating it..

My family ordered 3 subs from here. All 3 subs were wrong in some way, shape, or form. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened, and it seems to be a consistent trend over the past few years. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this particular store. The one on Rt. 10 is much better, and the employees are much friendlier.
