Was extremely busy this afternoon - Tons of mobile orders, catering orders and people in line. The staff maintained their cool, kept at it and although our mobile order was later than expected, it was delicious as usual. Always appreciate the hard working and positive staff there along with the yummy subs! Thank you!
Jersey Mikes often impresses with consistency but today fell short. Sandwiches were not consistently made, work area appeared dirty, and waits were long without acknowledgement. I'll be back based on past experience but would not return otherwise.
Not sure what the deal is. Old bread and brown lettuce. Nobody wants crumbly cracker bread. It's stale. And when an employee holds and cuts it, they have to know its old. Management or owner was there too!! They need to step up and throw old bread and lettuce out. You are ripping me off!
