“We had some trouble placing our order through DoorDash and the Frutta Bowl website, and after two calls to the store, the owner, Eddie, personally jumped on the call to help us. He was absolutely fantastic, his customer service went far above and beyond!
Eddie didn’t just take our order; he took the time to understand the issue and work through what was actually going wrong so it could be resolved for the future. He processed our entire office’s order over the phone to ensure everything went through perfectly. That level of care and personal attention is rare these days, and we are truly grateful.
On top of that, the food from this location is always amazing, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We will absolutely continue to support the Hull Street Road Frutta Bowl. Eddie, thank you for making sure both the service and the food are top-notch every single time!“

“Good service and food! We ordered the Orange Chicken rice bowl and Thai Style sesame chicken. Both were very fresh and taste great. Also portions were ample especially considering they were 14.95 each. Will definitely visit again. Oh, tried the Uji Matcha latte with honey boba-was good but very sweet! Enjoy!“

“We order large cold brew. It took a couple times to get the cream and sugar right but once put in their system it's been consistent wherever we've gone. Two here. 360 and Midlothian. Pittsburgh and North Myrtle Beach. Communicate with them if you aren't happy. They are more than happy to make it right. Staff are always friendly, polite and attentive to making you happy.“
