I’m giving this store 5 stars because I ordered a large big box, and sides. I wasn’t aware that they used DoorDash when they’re busy and it took quite some time. My food came and it was pretty hard to eat so I called back to voice my concerns. I spoke to Marissa who was so professional and she reached out to her supervisor William Telly. He asked me to call back the next day for a refund but it became difficult because I paid DoorDash in cash. I agreed to get another order...

Ok first things first I would like to say that this location’s pizza making skills are top notch. Me and my family have ordered from them and are almost never disappointed and this includes the delivery aspect of the experience. Drivers are usually on time and very courteous.Being that said recently my daughter had an extremely negative experience which included interacting with a member of the staff at the restaurant upon ordering and further making it worse when the order...
