This location is always exceptionally clean and the teenager working behind the counter does an incredible job keeping everything running smoothly. They are constantly working hard, keeping the topping bars neat, and providing top-notch customer service every time I come in. Highly recommend this spot!

I came into this location today and at first I noticed just how clean the store was!! The bar where the toppings are was so neat and tidy and low enough my daughter could help herself. And the lady working Jennifer was her name was so welcoming. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and that's rare these days. I would highly recommend visiting Sweet Frog Hancock if you want a sweet treat in a welcoming environment!
