I was getting my salads from Panera at Cosby Village BUT lately, they either forget something in my order, get my order wrong or the salad looks nothing like what they are advertising. From Wawa, I ordered the Greek (Mediterranean? )chicken salad. Wawa never disappointed me w/their breakfast sandwiches, coffee or their turkey bowls in November...they didn't disappoint me w/the salad either. Thank you wawa!! Seriously, THANK YOU!!

Only giving 2 stars because my coffee was made quickly. The staff making food was all out of sorts- numbers were being called out of order, items weren't correct for the orders they called,etc. My issue is I witnessed 2 off -the-clock employees come in and order food from the kiosk and then pay(after I had ordered a snack wrap)- and they received their food before I did. When I asked about my food on the order, they told me they hadn't gotten to the number yet, that it was in the que. When I left the store there was a pile of food waiting to be claimed and a crowd of people waiting on food that hadn't yet been made. The employees seemed oblivious to it all.

Ok first off the employees are great. My problem is their stock , specifically with things such as Gatorade, propel, and alani nu energy drinks. For some reason these are always missing or extremely low. Wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't habitual just ridiculous. And there is way more flavor options with alani nu than the 3 they seem to think exist.

I just like to say I usually don't have an issue with this Wawa, but I did witness an incident that I would like to be addressed. I currently have left but I was in Wawa and there was a young skinny woman working in the hot food area making subs and you know sandwiches when she reached into the bucket with like this washcloth in and handed it to somebody. She then proceeded to go directly back over and start making someone's food and touching all the food stuff, the veggies and everything. She did not change her gloves. When I got my food I asked another gentleman. I said what is in that bucket right there and he said it was their sanitizer solution, cleaning solution whatever it was he said. I said she did not take her gloves off and change gloves and that is a health hazard so I just want people to be aware and maybe management should review camera footage here and there or have a talk with the employees to make sure they're following safety procedures because that's not okay.

I have lived up and down hull st all my life. Been to all the wawas. This Wawa is AWFUL. They are the new McDonald’s when it comes to things being out of order or broken. I live across the street. There has only been two times I’ve come to this location and the ice coffee machine works but most of the time it’s empty and they refuse to refill it when you tell them. I came in today at 7:15am how is it out already? The ice machine broken. Whatever manager running this place needs to step down. Cause literally almost EVERYTIME I come the machine is broken, empty. I told my daughter let’s go to the Wawa by deer run they always have ice coffee drove an extra 8 mins to the next Wawa and bet my daughter I bet this place has nothing out or broken. Well…. I won that bet.
Staff are usually all nice. The main issue with this location is access. I recommend not stopping if you are going 360W because resuming your route is a challenge both trying to get back out on 360 (Hull Street) and then doing a U-turn. If you are towing a large trailer or boat, this parking lot is not for you! Otherwise, it's a typical Wawa. A couple of their sandwiches are okay, but I don't like most of their other food and find it too expensive for the quality. I love their milkshakes though, which is the main reason I go. For those not familiar, there are no tables to eat your food.

need men cashiers to stop being creepy to girls i’ve seen the one on shift today wednesday 5:30 7/7 was making rude gestures to a girl in checkout and it’s just gross to see especially when the girl was obviously not into it and could visibly see frustration on her face

Whoever packs items for Door Dash, may want to have better quality control. I did get a refund from DoorDash, and I called Wawa and received a Managers name, Karen. I ordered 3 items. I received 1 item.
