Cashier at the window is double-charging customers and denying it. Running cards for two different amounts. Manager didn’t seem to care but refunded in cash, with no apology. She tried to only give back the smaller amount (the correct order total) instead of the larger total that I was incorrectly charged for. This Wendy's is a nightmare. The manager stood at the counter and chatted up a customer for almost 15 minutes. During this time the other employees had to work around her, trying to help customers. The manager didn't do a single thing except chat up her friend while the line was out the door. The manager did not do anything to help the other employees. Not a place I would want to work.
super slow. cold food. orders never right. i stopped going until tonight when there were only two people in the drive through. got a chicken sandwich and it was slimy/chewy. tasted like it wasnt cooked ! this location will never get my business again.
