The island creamery is fantastic. Really clean and plenty of seating, and extra parking across the street. Portions are huge and prices are great. Quality was fantastic, lots of happy customers.
I truly believe this is the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. I first had ice cream here in 2018 when I did an internship in the area and have been thinking about it since. I recently went back for a vacation and got this ice cream every day we were there. I even went as far as to order several quarts of my fav flavor, bought dry ice, and drove it 8 hours home to be able to have some for a little longer. If you’re in chincoteague you have to go here....
I love my ice cream and I could not pass up on the sign that said homemade ice cream. I am so glad I stopped in, I ordered the Bourbon Caramel Crunch ice cream, it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of sitting inside and outside. If you are in the area definitely stop into this ice cream shop. 🍦
