Our family had a great experience dining at The Village on 5/28/25. It was the best seafood meal that we had during our week on Chincoteague. I dont remember our server's name, but she was fantastic. She was so kind and really made our young son feel special. The food and the service are great here!
The staff were pleasant and efficient. Sadly despite other reviews our meal was underwhelming. Our flounder was tasteless, the green beans overcooked, and the loaf of bread was dry and crumbly and tasted dry and crumbly.
Our server came to take our mostly uneaten food away and never commented or questioned why. For the price I expected a higher quality meal.

We love the Village. It is a flantastic family seafood restaurant with a full bar. the Cowboy Margaritas are so good. We went for my daughter’s 21st birthday and they made it so special. We go here every Saturday night for the lima beans. Soft shell crabs, stuffed shrimp, stuffed flounder and Seafood Bake are all great! Call ahead for a reservation.
