STEVE'S II EXPRESS - Deli & Subs

We live in DE and spent the weekend in Chincoteague. Friday night we spent a considerable amount of money at a restaurant in town and were terribly disappointed. Saturday night we ordered subs at Steve's and they were AMAZING! My husband had a basic ham and cheese. Mine was an Italian and I have to say, in my 66 years, it was probably in the top three ever. Don't judge a book by it's cover in this case. Can't wait to go back.

Stopped in for subs for dinner after hearing they were good. We were pleasantly surprised when we went in and found a nice little convenience store with subs and boba tea. The Italian cold cut and turkey subs were both great! Will definitely go back again!

I’m from Jersey and we know subs but this place made the most amazing Italian sub I’ve ever had they made the subs quick and were really nice people

Some of the best cold cut subs. the lunch meat is tendar/ flavorful cut thin but stacked on. The Italian and the capacolla just the right amount of spice.

Phenomenal sandwiches, as it’s in a gas station the atmosphere is very much counter deli and leave. Got the buffalo chicken and I could tell the meat was sliced fresh, it was clean and had the right texture. Loved the jar of pickles and the service

Who would have thought that the best sub sandwich on this island was attached to a gas station. Impeccably clean, tremendously professional and extremely delicious! This place has quality, value and tastiness in spades!

Great place to grab food and drinks. Subs were really good. They had a great selection of misc gear you may have forgotten for your camping or fishing trip. Service was great. Really friendly staff,

If your going there just for the food okay 5/5 if your going there for the convenience store 3/5 had little to 0 options on anything, kind of messy,

Steve’s subs are a must on the island. Don’t let the older gas station feel fool you…. His subs are worth trying. And you’ll be back! They are made to order so be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes or longer if there are people ahead of you. It’s always a stop for us when we visit the island several times a year.

The boba tea is so good here; they know my daughter and wife automatically since they are always coming by to order it. It is well worth the wait so be patient while it gets mixed by a professional :-) The food is beyond great as well. It's a very comfortable place to grab some souvenirs, snacks, supplies, and quality food. Everyone who works here makes you feel well attended and satisfied with the service. Don't just take my word for it----stop by Steve's II sometime and discover all these things for yourself.

The “love me” add boba pearls is EVERYTHING .. literally the best boba I’ve had it’s soooo good!

We waited 25 minutes for boba tea after ordering. I'm sure they were understaffed, but it was bad. There were two men making sandwiches and one guy that took orders at the register and where you order tea. He would go back and forth between the two and answer personal phone calls. The cups with the boba just sat there most of the time as he did other things. All of the employees were unsanitary, touching personal drinks' straws and phone screens between working on ordered items without changing gloves or washing hands. Just not acceptable. Tea was good.

The boba and coffee here is very good, better than some of the stuff I've had at home in Atlanta! The snowtone was especially good.
