“They are insanely fast. I walked in at 1245 on a weekday. I was in the building less than 3 minutes. From order placement to food in my hands (takeout) was under 60 seconds and it was delicious as always.“

“This has been a regular dinner spot for me for quite some time. The price is right and the food is consistently delicious, whether I get the pulled pork or their amazing smoked chicken salad sandwich. Their wings are so so good as well. I also love their wide variety of sides and homemade sauces, and the banana pudding makes for a great inclusion as one of the side options! The owners and employees are always so friendly and quick to make helpful recommendations to new customers who aren't quite sure what to try. Roanoke is made better by having Due South on its local restaurant scene!!“

“The food is always good. Unfortunately, we had reserved our party, but because a few people were a 5 minutes past 1:30pm we lost our table. It was 2pm before we were seated. We had 2 elderly people in our party. A chair had to be brought out for one of them. There was really no waiting space. Once we were seated our server seemed overwhelmed or maybe she was having a rough day, but she wasn't personable at all. Not even friendly. She took our orders. There were 10 people in our party. One side of the table was served food. The other side of the table wasn't served their food until at least 10 minutes later. So it was awkward eating while they had to watch. My water was never refilled. It was our families Christmas dinner. We had higher expectations.“

“Came in the Christiansburg Va restaurant about 4 weeks ago and although service was amazing the food was lacking but after talking to waitress and manager it was all sorted out. Came in tonight and “Jordyn” who was my previous waitress remembered me. Wasn’t expecting that but was extremely impressed and pleased. She was so courteous and interactive.
