The push for profitability is showing more and more. Cold drinks are filled with ice and the flavor added (dragonfruit) is minimal. I paid nearly $6 for a medium drink with a small amount of water/powder and a large amount of ice.
I went to Virginia Tech and have been coming to this starbucks for the past 4 years. This past year (when I actually moved from blacksburg to christiansburg) I would always see Lisa in the drive thru. She is the sweetest woman ever and always had a positive attitude. I would come almost everyday and she had my drink memorized the second I said my name through the speaker (she even noticed when I got a new car) !!!!! She always had kind words to say, great conversations, and always...
I order online. I get soy milk but the turkey sage croissant because the cheese and croissants don't seem to upset my lactose intolerance. Anyway, this note was too cute!
