My friend and I made a reservation for 7:45 on Open Table. When we arrived at 7:45, no table was available. It seemed that no table had been reserved for us. Eventually, we were seated in a booth in the “lobby” area—a terrible, noisy location, away from the main dining room and with no ambience. If the restaurant was unable to accommodate our reservation and provide proper seating, we wished the time we had chosen had not been provided. Our server, Yesenia, was fantastic!...
Our dinner at The Farmhouse was one of the best restaurant meals I've ever had. I love the intimacy of the isolated booths. The mushroom risotto was outstanding, and the prime rib was perfect. Prices are a little high, but the ambience and quality of food make it worth it for a special night out.
It was a very enjoyable evening with a few hiccups. First, no prime rib! 3 of the 4 of us planned that to be our meal. Disappointed. Next, one of our group asked for the bourbon sauce from her salmon to be served on the side but it was not. Our waiter and management were kind enough to offer a replacement which she declined but I have to wonder, if you knew it was wrong, why did you bring it to the table?
