I’m going to be honest I don’t generally do this but today definitely deserved recognition! My husband and myself went through the drive thru and ordered a Monster Burger. When I tell you I have NEVER seen a picture match anything a fast food restaurant has ever made UNTIL today!! Kudos to this restaurant not only was the burger amazing it looked like the damn picture!!!

Everything is a five. Except the other day and this has been multiple times that me and my family have witnessed this. Two employees a young male and young female cussing and fighting out front or in the back and every other word is a cuss word. I come in there just about everyday and this is a everyday thing. The two young female and male fighting. Then today I thought let's give this place one more try. I walk in everything is good then the short cubby blonde hair girl that I think is the head manager was fighting with the Same young man and every word was a cuss word out of both their mouths. First off this place is getting awful if the head manager can not handle the job then that person needs to be fired. If the fighting and cuss continues then employees need to be fired. I will just start going to Hardee's in Covington because my family does not need to be hearing cussing and fighting while trying to enjoy the food. It's probably about hr needs to step in and do some firing. But other then the two upfront was very friendly and fast and food was amazing. But the cussing is to much to handle.

Been here a few times. No longer will use the app to order here if I come here. 1. First time an incident the manager didn't show up in time and was crying (literally)over it that her staff didn't call her to wake her up. Sorry you're the opening manager get your act together it's not their job. 2. Instance ordered the chicken tenders wrap and paid for extra cheese. Get handed the food and come to find out it didn't have cheese. Wouldn't care but for some stupid reason that was an extra .80c per wrap. Went back in to get the order fixed and was told sorry no cheese till Monday. No one was being told that when you order or pick up the food. This was on a Friday also. A few other times had to contact corporate to get a refund. They claim they can't give the refund from the store you have to get it through contacting corporate. However this is a lie, speaking with other locations it was made clear to me that they can issue a refund and then corporate gives them the money back. So they just are hoping you don't take the time to get your money back.

Bathrooms were dirty and when my husband was getting a drink and a cup of ice for me they wouldn't let purchase a large cup of ice. Why? Safe to say if we're in the area again, we won't be stopping here.

Every time waiting 10-15 minutes. Always told to pull up either behind or next to the cars already there. Fast food? Nah. Lady who has been working there for years has the most awful attitude I guess the manager. But seriously you have one person in the line and it takes 15 minutes? Even sadder that it’s one of the only two fast food places here. Nothing is gonna change from this but come on guys do better fr. Any other store and this would be unacceptable.

Stopped by this Hardee's for breakfast, Kimberly took our order which was rather large. She made sure our order was correct and was very polite! And while we were eating she was cleaning up around the restaurant. Kim you were wonderful thank you for serving me and my family!
