I wish I could give them an all-around five, but between not getting my order right and still receiving cold food this is a blooper one. The cashier was amazing. She owned the mistake and took action to fix it. Instead of throwing the food away, I was allowed to keep it to feed a hungry woman and her dog (child). My advice is to check your bag and make sure to ask for it fresh. Overall for fast food in Clifton Forge, they are doing it.
I went during breakfast hours so like most cities it was the older demographic crowd. got to counter ordered my food she turns around grabs the 2 premade bacon egg and cheese like it was jus clock work. Said have a great day before she greeted the her next set of customers. So she didn't engage in anything other than her job duties call for. the atmosphere was like I walked into the kitchen and caught grandpaws hand in the cookie jar. Didn't feel welcomed to eat in
THE best fast food/Hardee's I have ever been to hands down. There's super polite friendly staff, good food, quick service and clean place. So happy to live near here. Love the breakfast platter with sausage!
