Bought a rotisserie chicken at full price at Kroger today. When I began to slice the white breast meat, there was no meat, only bone. This roasted chicken had not one bite of meat in the breast area. Buyers beware!

If there was a lower rank, they'd deserve it. Even taking into account that retail is experiencing a problem with the supply chain, they are a cut above when it comes to being awful. They have a large number of wonderful employees who more times than not take the abuse for a management team that you can't ever find, just like most of their products. Deli hours that make no sense, and the Pharmacy hasn't been the same since Dan left although they have a great couple of girls there the majority, including the revolving door of pharmacists are either incompetent or inadequately trained. The pharmacy would have to close if they lose the sisters that are literally carrying the burden alone while having to correct or double check work done by others. This store must be slated for closure as there's no other reason for things to be this bad.

This is a nice store. Since it is somewhat remote, the prices are higher. There was a decent selection of produce. Our group was happy with the salmon. Some of the items had the same sale prices as other Kroger's (pudding, jello, cereal, bottled water).

Filthy store. Isles so narrow two carts can barely pass. Staff do not wear masks over their noses. The staff here have been rude to me for years. One particular white cashier/or whatever he does, intentionally bags my groceries by putting raw meat and vegetables in same bag; literally threw my light bulbs down to the bagger. WORST KROGER EVER.

My local kroger's is well outdated, they need a new bigger store and get out of the strip mall. The employees are amazing though.

Since it is the only grocery store in Clifton Forge, there is really nothing to compare it with. If one is able to drive or catch the radar bus to Covington, Va, they have a Wal-Mart and a Food Lion store where you can find awesome deals on produce and other staples you may need. I've found that Wal-Mart's red meats are the same in both sides. I have gotten meat that was a gorgeous red on the side you can see but once home and unopened the underside is beginning to have a darker hue. You can't freeze this meat it needs to be cooked immediately. For Clifton there aren't enough stores to do any comparison shopping, you either take what it has to offer, drive to Covington or go vegan. Oh small town living. It doesn't get any worse.

Great little grocery store. Employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. My wife & I camped for a week at nearby Douthat State Park. Just a short trip into town to get groceries. Good quality selection of foods.

This Kroger has the best staff ever!!! No complaints there. Dan in the Pharmacy is the best. Norma Jean (cashier) is the sweetest! They are all hard workers and aim to please. The meat and produce are good. As far as the store is concerned, it needs to go!!!! We need a new store soooo bad. It is overcrowded, old and dirty looking not that the workers could clean it. Just needs replacing!!! I would hate to see what would happen if there was a fire! I say excuse me over and over because there is always someone in the way especially near the Pharmacy Dept. and Bakery. The store is a embarrassment to our community. I know I feel embarrassed when out of town guest come to visit. Just because we are a small community doesn't mean we don't deserve better!!!
