“July 30, 2021 - I went thru the drive thru & ordered a 3 piece Box (Extra Crispy) w/pot & gravy and Mac & cheese, as well as a Chicken Little Combo w/fries. I asked for extra pickle & Mayo on the Littles. My usual KFC Location has large sweet tea for $1.00 so I inquired about that as well & was told that all of their large drinks were $2. At the pickup window, I asked for 4 packs of Ranch & was informed by the employee that she could only give me 3 packs. I was a little perturbed by that, beings how I just paid $20 for some food, it seems like one extra sauce up wouldn’t be an issue. But I pulled out of the drive thru & went to the adjoining store to pick my kids up. I bless my food & proceed to take a look at it. I love KFC fries but these were horrible! First of all, it wasn’t even a full order. It looked as if someone just grabbed a handful of these old fries and threw them in there. I checked my chicken & I was infuriated. This chicken was so old & had been sitting in the warmer for so long that the skin had become rubbery & tough. The chicken had become a very dark brown color & when I pulled it apart, not one bit of grease was present. Because I was still close to the restaurant, I went ahead and phoned them, speaking to a manager. I explained to her my situation & although she wasn’t “rude,” - you can tell that she didn’t want to be bothered with my issue. She couldn’t negate my pleasantness & respect to her, so she started speaking in a more friendly manner & she offered to replace the chicken. (I didn’t even mention the fries because I was just too perturbed at this point.) I asked her if she had any fresh Extra Crispy legs/thighs. She was honest with me and told me no that she didn’t have any & wouldn’t have any. (I visited at 7:21 pm - I’m not aware of their business hours, but I’m assuming they probably closed at 9pm & she didn’t want to drop anymore Extra Crispy due to the time - but those are just my assumptions - I worked at KFC as my very first job when I was 16 & continued on for many years as a second job) I finally just asked her what she could offer, fresh, & she informed me that they just dropped some Original Recipe & it would take 14 more mins. So she and I agreed for me to come back thru the drive thru in 15 mins & she would replace the 3 pieces of chicken. And I did just that - running back thru 15 mins later & getting my replacement chicken. First of all, I have to brag on the young lady who took my order at the speaker & was working pick up window. Her name was Brittanie & she was very sweet & pleasant. Also, my chicken littles were made perfectly with the extra pickle and Mayo as requested. My sides of pot & gravy and Mac & cheese were good as well, & my biscuit was fresh and soft. The replacement chicken was fresh, but Original Recipe isn’t my favorite. The manager, whose name I did not get, handled the situation well. I’m a manager myself & I feel like she couldn’t have handled it any better. She did have a tone of annoyance in her voice at first, until she realized that I was not just another complaining customer. Besides my Extra Crispy Chicken & fries being old & disgusting, I was also charged $2.39 for a large tea - but my experience could have always been worse. This KFC is not the usual one that I visit, so by going thru the drive thru, I only got a look at the outside of the restaurant, but it looked decent and clean from what I could view. When it comes to fried foods like fries & chicken, it’s imperative that they’re served fresh. The correct thing to do when food gets old is to discard it & cook fresh. Unfortunately, due to the strict budgeting, restaurants often try to push the line when it comes to this issue. If they can get away with it, they will definitely continue to do so as long and as many times as they can. Slower restaurants often tend to have this issue the most. “Ole Mercy I have found my new favorite Restaurant!!! On a Sunday drive to Danville and back we stopped in here after a google search of top places to eat in Martinsville and It was Fantastic! I had the Pork Chop with Yams and COLLARD GREENS!!!!! Yes I Screamed Collard Greens!!! While the Pork Chop and Yams was delicious and also the Mac and Cheese was the best I ever had in a restaurant let me tell you bout them COLLARD GREENS!!!! They had to be grown in the Lords garden and prepared in Jesus’s Kitchen by far the best Collard Greens I have ever ate!!!! As we was leaving I meet the Owner and Cook and he was one very Humble man! He was appreciative of our feed back asked us if we tried the ribs I said no ended up I ordered a half rack and brought them home and let me just say those
Ribs was the best fall off the bone ribs and perfectly seasoned with a mild heat and sweet bbq sauce!!!! Guy Fieri and DDD yall better come visit this place!!!“
“The young lady who answered phone 12/26/19 @ approximately 6 p. was very patient and did not mind listing all available sauces for the wings. She took our pizza order and repeated it correctly. Delivery person was very professional and correct/delivered on time approximately 6:25p“

“I LOVE the incentives they’ve added to their app. I get TONS of free food, I don’t even buy pizza anywhere else anymore. The food is always perfectly cooked and so delicious. The stuffed cheesy breads are KILLER! I’d recommend trying Dominis to anyone. If you didn’t like it before, try again, their game had stepped up! “

“I waited 22 minutes for my order pulled to side of Parking lot, needless to say there we're 3 others vehicles wait as well, after abt 22 I went inside to see of my order, Said they gave my order to another person! And so I continued to wait and after 5 minutes I'm still waiting ? So I just requested my money back, and they said No No mask we're getting order ready now! They gave me extra side for the waiting time! When I made it home, I got my food out and the damn biscuits were not done!! Still doughy in the middle! I'll never go back there ever!! Very disappointed and displeasing!!“

“Manager decided to cuss out 2 elderly women because they found a hair in their food and asked to have it remade them proceeded to cuss my mama out when she stood up for the elderly women in front of my 9 year old child. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Claimed since he was the manager he could talk to whoever however he wanted! Another employee made it clear the boss is and I quote "a meth head" and won't do anything about it. had to call corporate. after all this they still made the elderly women pay for her meal. disgusting! DO NOT EAT HERE AND SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT TREATS PEOPLE THIS WAY AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT! I will be finding out the managers name and blasting how terrible this place is!“

“The selection and pizza were good. Dine in options are small but Domino's seem to want a carry out or delivery business. They qlso want their customers to order thru the app. Even offering a half off your total bill for using the app. They had a large staff and everyone seemed busy and friendly. I would order from Domino's again.“
