Burger was ok. They don't serve coffee at all, which is a deal breaker for me. Brought food out on a tiny, metal cafeteria type tray and gave us plastic utensils. Feels more like I'm at a cheap picnic than a restaurant...

Ordered online and arrived at scheduled pickup time. Wasn't busy and not many customers inside. Waited in lobby for 10-15 minutes before anyone came to check on pickup orders. Had to wait another 15 minutes for order to be done. Wings were good when I got them, but too long of a wait time for not being busy at all.

This location is very slow! They cater more towards dine in than togo orders. I was the first person to order once the store opened and I’ve waited over 40 minutes for my food. This is not the first time this has happened. The food is great but the wait is ridiculous especially when they have no customers.

Arrived at 5:12pm, upon arrival waited at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes while other waiters and waitresses saw us causally walked by. No greetings until someone from take out saw us and she immediately went in the back of the house telling another staff member people needed to be seated, because by this point there 3 other parties looking to be seated. On top of that there were probably a handful of tables that had customers waiting for food.Now I understand being short staffed, but there was no communication or apology for having people to wait for anything for extensive periods of time.We had a table of 4, ordered 2 kids and 2 adults.The drinks we ordered were the newly advertised Blue Hawaiian and a Long Island drink. Not only was the food lack luster the drinks were poorly made.The wings didn’t have crispy to them, they were gummy.I watched an entire family wait an 45 minutes for their food.We were seated at 5:22pm and didn’t receive our single appetizers of mozzarella sticks until 5:54pm. We wanted to leave but our waitress was very busy with a party that had just arrived. Which I understand, but the fact that there was no one to serve the food was pretty off because I briefly asked the manager what was the turn around time on the appetizer and he didn’t respond just walking away. The bartender approached our table as I asked what the wait time was and she went to find our waitress.I had been here before it was a good solid 4 but today was the first poor experience I had at any BWW.The food entrees did arrive by 6:12pm and I noticed it wasn’t piping hot. If you look at the wings they look like there were tossed in a sauce while warm. And to be fair that’s how they tasted.My spouse requested a Corona Extra which took 15 minutes in a non-busy bar space. The lime in it was not cut and we had come to terms with how poor our experience was.Kid-friendliness: Small kids menu but basic items that most children would enjoy.

Took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get our food, the first waiter we had just completely gave up and was whispering the whole time, as well as had an airpod in his ear while serving, second waitress was nice but still took a while.
Will start by saying food is usually always good. Service not the fastest on a slow day is why my review is low. Went in on a Saturday afternoon(2pm) their was only 1 table that had about 6/8 people. The bar area including high top tables had maybe 10 people sitting. We stood at front waiting on a table for over 5+ minutes. Another person came in stood there a few minutes still no one came up front to seat either of us. So they walked out after just a few minutes. Another couple came in and stood there a few minutes. By this time it felt like 10+ minutes or so had gone by waiting to be seated. That couple decided to walk thru to a high top table to sit. Still no one came up front to sit us so yes I got little Impatient & we walked thru where we sat at a high top table also. Within a minute or so later, we were greeted by a waiter. Which thought was taking our order after waiting so long up front. But came over to say we couldn't sit here unless we were seated by someone. We could sit at the bar if we liked. Which wasn't going happen that day or any day with kids present. So I gladly excused ourselves from the table and headed toward the door. Wasn't even asked to wait a moment we'll sit yall at a table or sorry for the wait....Which will be our last time passing thru those doors, at least that Buffalo Wild Wings. We like Buffalo Wild Wings but just not this 1 anymore. Will be taking my family elsewhere to eat in Petersburg/Colonial Heights area. I know I shouldn't blame all for just 1 not seating us in a timely matter on a slow afternoon. (But think It would've been easier for someone to have come up front & told us/the people coming in to get seated it'll be a few minutes or something.) It got a little annoying waiting around watching people seat their selves & walking out that came in behind us. Guess I may have been in the wrong for seating ourselves or maybe we should've walked just out waiting so long. But either way my review would be the same. We got No greeter, No table & No food!!!!!

Decent food for a chain. We mainly go for the atmosphere and TV's. Also get the app. Bogo wing night is hard to beat for the price, as long as you don't mind waiting and flagging down the staff.
