Much quieter than other BWW I've been to, which was very nice. The food was cooked exceptional well, especially since it's a chain and should be fairly standard. The food was above the norm though. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Will definitely ne going back, even though this one is roughly 30 min from my house
Walking through the door there was no line. We stood awkwardly waiting for someone to seat us. It’s 2pm and there is barely anyone here. We get seated and the atmosphere is just off. It feels like the staff isn’t in work mode. We are seated at a both that had food on the seats. We wiped it on the floor. Food was beyond substandard. The dining experience tends to be casual, with food served on a metal tray and plastic utensils. Although there are some inconsistencies, the food is generally warm and well-prepared. Take out orders come out quick and are right. The restaurant can be busy, but the staff is friendly and patient, making the visit more comfortable despite occasional delays.
