I doubt we’ll go back to Colonial Heights Applebees. I’ve never seen an Applebees as run down as this place is. Walls, window sills, carpet… all filthy. Glad we didn’t invite anyone to join us!
Had such a great experience at Applebee’s! Grace was an amazing server! Super sweet, attentive, and welcoming. Our food came out great, everything was accurate, and she checked on us without being overbearing. She really made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely recommend asking for Grace! ❤
Not very busy and staff was taking advantage and joking and having some fun which gave a comfortable environment. My pasta was a little cold when it came out but still good
