It took forever to get our food, and we were the only ones in there. Literally, no one else was in the building, but me. The gentleman making our food definitely doesn't follow dress code, very unprofessional. Then, as we're waiting for our food, pest control comes in and asks the lady, has she seen anything? Lord help me, I don't know whether or to eat my food or not?

Burger King is an awesome fast food restaurant. It is located in Dinwiddie Virginia. They have Whoppers, Whopper juniors, fish fillets, onion rings and much more, Their prices are pretty reasonable, My favorite menu item is the fish fillet, I also love the onion rings. Me and my fiance come here about twice a week. The staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. They also have good management. I highly recommend this Burger King.

Disrespectful to first responders. Pathetic customer service you need to check your employ before hiring. She think she is at home and treat her family. I was waiting at drive thru to give my Oder I said “HELLO” and your super unprofessional employee said you disrespected me to say “HELLO” came inside and give me your Oder.

You guys have to teach your employees a work ethics. We just reached the drive thru and no one said a thing.

Did not get all of what I ordered in my bag. Called the restaurant and spoke with manager Rochelle and told her what I didn’t get. She says “So what you want me to do about it”?? And later says she remember my order because she was the one who bagged it. Absolutely horrible management and customer service. Have no consideration for the amount people spend on food to be treated the way they are when your order is incomplete or wrong. Do not recommend this location.
